Books
A chart of accounts, journal entries that must balance, reconciliation that closes only at exactly zero, month close with a closing date. Void and reverse; nothing is edited.
Bank
With the bank-feed add-on, every line from your BML or MIB accounts. Card payouts are matched to the days they settle; the fee the bank kept is booked by itself.
Bills & petty cash
Photograph a supplier bill: vendor, lines, GST and total are read for you to check. Petty cash floats per currency, counted with the difference explained.
Payroll & stock
Monthly runs with MRPS and withholding tax, payslips and the bank file. Stock at moving average cost, deducted by every dish sold from every app.
