Dhow Delivery
Your own delivery and takeaway app, your own drivers, no commission.
Customers order on a link or QR code you share, pay by bank transfer or card link, and watch the driver on a map. Drivers get the order and the pin on WhatsApp. It all lives inside the till.
What you get
The screens of Dhow Delivery
Each one is a real app, on the device it is used on: a phone, an iPad, a laptop or a screen on the wall.
Customer app
A link, no install. The customer types their number once, then sees their saved addresses, their usual dishes and “order again”. Delivery times are only ones the kitchen can make.
Driver page
A private link per driver: the order, the amount to collect and the pin. Cash with the change worked out, bank transfer with the QR, or a card link sent to the customer.
Delivery desk in the till
Orders taken by phone, drivers assigned, cash counted in. Areas with their fee, free delivery above an amount, opening hours.
Loyalty
Points per rufiyaa spent, turned into a voucher code in the customer’s app. You set the rates.
What sets it apart
Three things you will notice in the first week
Transfers match themselves
With the bank-feed add-on, a customer’s transfer is matched to the order by amount and sender — or they upload the slip.
No marketplace fee
Your customers, your prices, your drivers. Dhow charges the same flat price whether you deliver ten orders or a thousand.
Kitchen-aware times
The app offers delivery slots from the slowest dish in the basket plus the trip, so nobody promises what the kitchen cannot cook.
